Every two years, ncas stages an auction of fine art. That time has come around again. Those of you who have attended one of these events will know what fun they are and what bargains you can find! Members, friends, local artists, all give generously to support ncas funds, and items are sold at very reasonable prices. This year, for the first time, art valuer and auctioneer James Glennie will conduct the auction.
